I'm a HUGE fan of thrifting...
This week I felt a little bit androgynous and decided to play (tom-boy) dress up with these thrifted vintage culotte shorts. I found these babies in a store called Village Style in East Village. Culottes are pretty trendy right now; however, I love them just because they're so incredibly comfortable --especially in 90 degree weather. These ones have a beachy vibe printed with the perfect duo of tropical flowers and geometric squares. Also, I'm personally obsessed with blue and black together, so I couldn't resist spending 8 whole dollars on them (ugh so expensive...). I paired them with a black perforated leather crop top, menswear inspired oxford sandals, a navy blue embossed crocodile leather bag, mirrored blue sunnies, and a knit sheer pullover to modernize the look.

Changing up the look mid-day by pulling over this black sheer knit pullover still kept me cool in the heat while covering me from the sun.
